Everyone, I want you to meet Patches the Giraffe. He is very happy and always smiling. One day he decided to run away from Africa to the States and found an owner that will take care and love him forever. He was given to me as a present by someone I have recently gotten very close to. There wasn’t a special occasion or anything. Apparently, he decided to get it for me because it reminded him of me. He even cut his hair to match Patches’s mohawk!
I cannot express how much I love this gift because it brightened my day. I was actually depressed all day. It was just one of those days when your emotions just take over. Anyway, it started off as one of the worst days ever.
Until my friend calls me telling me that he is in front of my house to pick me up. So I go outside and I see him outside his car, covering his passenger window. I laugh at him because he cut his hair then he told me he got me a present and pulled out Patches! I almost cried my eyes out… I loved it so much.
